Also the 2 mil/mo warrants that PTSC have been buying directly from S&L are completely separate from the warrant conversion/share selling S&L have been undertaking the last 12 months. You're right.. S&L have aprox the same number of shares they did 12 months ago.. but they have been converting warrants and replacing the shares the have been selling.. to the tune of some 80 mil in the last 12 months.. read the last 4 10Qs.. or tcr's recap here..
