I know all/most say no Institution will look at nor consider anything under $5..  I'm sure they're probably right.  But, what if PTSC has no debentures.. no B&O bs.. no Fish smell.. no more warrants..  and what if we then have a favorable Markman..  ? ? ?

Does anyone think it possible there could be an exception to the $5 min if this began to look really inviting?  Is it possible we could get some good looks?  Is it possible we have been being watched as these things unfold?
