Signed by Judge Ward......My favorite part....If I am the judge in this case and I see the majority of the defendants running for the hills and settling I think I might be just a little perturbed at the remaining companies for wasting mine and the courts time. Should bode well for us come time for damages to be be paid by the hold outs.
