Liability if patents invalidated? My gut reaction is that liability would stop at Alliacense LLC. But then they are not the owner of record for the patents, so then I would think that PTSC and TPL would be on the hook for counterclaims. Intellasys IMO would only suffer due to their rich uncle (TPL) going broke. All moot IMO, as I too have confidence in the validity of the patents.

But I do have an idea - if the patents are invalidated, PTSC should sue Fish! And I'm only half joking.

But remember, I KNOW nuttin'!
