Hmmm... Perhaps I misspoke.. I assumed it worked both ways.. but I am not completely sure now that you point this out to me..  my appologies, and being at work, I do not have access to the Master Agreement..  This would be nice to know for sure... anyone?

In any event, I'm still not sure where TPL would get the needed cash to buy the neccessary shares.. unless the borrowed against the MMP heavily, and that is not a sure thing..
