Very good point.  Holocom is obviously a qualified supplier, or at least an acceptable one (i.e., an Agency head can waive any regulatory requirements in times of urgent need, which may have been the case after 9/11).  Yes, IMO, this action by PTSC could open the door to other business with the USG/DoD.  What business?  Besides what Holocom has done in the past, I don't KNOW.
