chriscom - Great post and I think you've hit the nail on the head regarding the dividends.  I was too afraid to say it, but in case of a loss in court or by the USPTO, our only asset, the MMP, could take a huge hit and by issueing a dividend Pohl is giving us something for a "just in case" scenario which, if you think about it, should be appreciated.  Again, great post.
