Well stated SGE.  Times have a changed...i too can no longer find the distinction between the parties.  i also am now an independent. 

i am hoping the sharehholder letter will have some real news and not more of the empty promises we have been given.  so many seem to confuse tpl accomplishments with PTSC.  they are separate and the folks that refuse to question the BOD are in this stock with blinders on.  earn your options BOD.....handing out divy's is not preparing the company for the future....it is more lining of the insider pockets with cash.  i would prefer a $10 stock and not a .02 divy.  the letter must have substance and not promises.
