semi annual

I have missed this from yesterday, and I know about the dividend, but is it true that the dividend is going to be a regular semi-annual thing? It says so here and that makes me think DP and company must know something/feel confident that they can state it is something they can do twice a year. What makes them so confident? License fees and perhaps purchase of a cash flow company? I have been really swamped lately and not able to absorb every post so if this is a repeated discussion sorry. I just think it lays a foundation of consistency for the long term investors and makes PTSC a leader. Someone commented on a standing ovation for DP at the shareholders meeting. If that happens every news reporter should be there for that and report it. How often does that happen? That certainly would get PTSC noticed ! GLTAL!!
IMO the recent high of .80 or so was a resistance area, so it may take a while or some more news to get us past the hump. Does anyone recall the last dividend announcements and if news followed shortly there after? Is there a pattern to the dividends and new news other than just dividends after a licensing agreement? By the way, What kind of dividend will we get when the lawsuit is settled???!!!!
