Divy is still payable to warrant holders, so I would not beleive S&L has converted all they have (probably still hold 15-20 mil? tcr?).. and I would guess they have not dumped into todays news... as we have had such a nice move up today. They could have dumped a couple mil today, but it appears they haven't. It is possible whatever warrants S&L still hold will be held thru March 7th(?) for the divy payout.. it will be interesting to see if shares will dry up thru that day.. if so we could see some nice green days

I suppose it is possible PTSC paid like a 4 cent premium for all of S&L warrants to finally rid us of them..
