Hell, S&L could/should accept a discount enabling it to unload all the remaining warrants back to PTSC! Think about it. Once it is over with a pr to announce it, the increase in pps should more than make up for the loss on the warrant  conversion. The company can't go forward much until this burden is disposed of. The longer it is with us, it is going to hurt us and S&L. GET IT OVER WITH BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY!!!! IMHO Opty
