Two more deals done in February. Few otcbbs are in this state of affairs. Why's everyone so nervous?

I guess before the fact investing is the mind set and better than after the fact investing, perhaps?

Those here are already sold on ptsc and in/positioned....ptsc needs exposure beyond PTSC e-mail alerts, imo....to create the perception/reality to a new group of investors. When that happens and shares shift to stronger hands this should rise accordingly.
