sure you intended. That said, Marines and squids are different in many ways. Squids exist to be "taxi drivers" for Marine Expeditionary Forces. Sometimes they even leave the mess deck and check to see where the ship is headed but most of the time they are eating or sleeping. The exception to this rule is the Corpsmen who are actually Marines at heart and live and bleed with the Marines they care for. Of course all of this is in pure jest. We have great mutual respect for each other and the specific function each performs. Both services are branches of the Department of the Navy and work for common goals. Now, if I could just figure out how to stick one of the squids with the lunch bill....:>))
