Sorry to but in, but IMO actions speak louder than words. They're there, hanging in, albeit with options. Would they bother to be there without the expectation of a positive outcome? Or you suggesting that these people are insane, willing to thow away their time and reputation for no apparent reason? They're OPTIONS, no gaurantee of anything UNLESS there is a positive outcome.

Thus, IMO, their actions by merely remaining in the scene reveals their "belief". Can you grasp this concept? I'm not intending to be rude, but I am a believer in logical explanations for things, and dismiss illogical comments. Try harder...

But I will agree with the concept that these things are not necessarily revealing an expectation or "belief" of a "to-the-moon" scenario, but at minimum significant improvement in the PPS. That, alone, is comforting.
