This could be a win win for all parties in the long run.

Merge Pheonix with ARM,  better yet do a complete merger of ARM, TPL  and PTCS. ARM has 250 million cash on hand, TPL and PTSC has ? ARM has 460 million shares out and PTSC has 380 + warrants, and TPL has, I'm sure, a good amount of parties involved.

One compnay for all the marbles, mame it MMP, inc . The company created would have the MMP portfolio to go after the other companies and also $500 million revs of processors selling a year + huge growth.

The big winner is the poeople at TPL. the big loosers are the shareholders in ARMHY, and with us right in the middle.

Authorize 500million shares, but only issue about 450mil....................TPL getting about 150 million shares to split as the parties fight over who gets what there, They win big becasue of being private and only a few holders of the company. PTSC gets about 150 million shares ( about .375 of a share for every PTSC share) Why too many shares ( S and L win big ) and ARMHY shareholders get 150 shares ( about .325 of a share for every ARMHY share) ARMHY share holders loose for being holders of the infringing company.

The new MMP company would be in all respects identical to ARMHY with right at the same float........have more cash on hand........and the MMP to go after tons of cash untill 2012 Very good revs in selling processors and a life time of business, that don't expire in 2012.

Any thoughts?
