to me that the defense more or less is trying to point out a technicality regarding "inventorship names" When patent office split application into 10 separate inventions did Moore/Fish get their names assigned properly. (ie. We all wanted Moores name off the Fish clock invention, as we believed he had nothing to do with it)
Docs posted by BaNos clearly show that Higgins.Fish and Falk were mindful of this anyway.
