Toshiba is trying to claim that Moore is sole inventor (for whatever reason?), but just two yrs ago, Fish/PTSC attempted to get Moore's claim to invention of '336 removed, and have only Fish as the sole recognised inventor of '336.... ?? And it very may well have worked if Cap Beatie & the B&O circus had handled themselves properly, and also not paid Higgins.....

Is Toshiba attempting to get PTSC's assignee status voided?
