They paid nothing. They exercised nothing. They were granted the options on 2/9/07. They have until 2012 to exercise them. If they at some point choose to exercise, then they will pay $.60 per share.
If and when they actually exercise the options, that transaction will show up on Table l of Form 4. Only then will they have to pay . . . and only then will they own the stock. As of today, they own the options to buy. They do not own the shares.
