this is great if you are buying more.  The super low PPS is, as far as we can caculate, completely due to the fact that almost no one knows what we know.  We all absolutely love this stock - however we are the only ones that know about it. 

If and when we ever get some decent Press - PTSC is going to take off like a rocket. 

This brand new and recent NEC deal is the indicator for many good things to come.  Well - at least up to 16,000 wise investors know about it. imo
