stillpoint ..I'd love to see it happen that way. For right now though we're all caught in that little thing called basic economics...you know that supply and demand thing.

We obviously need to get rid of the overhang that;s out there with the warrants, that topic has been beat to death enough here I'm sure.

Now even when those warrants dwinlde down to a few thousand what we will need is to get more of demand than there is a supply...or put another way more buyers and bidders on the stock than we have sellers. That could easily occur with a nice ongoing license agreeement and strong showing at the Markman. BTW, remember we could do well at the Markman and all of our claims be upheld but it's then like a precision-tuned instrument, if the trigger- puller doesn't know what to shoot for then we'll all beleft holding the bag. IMO our leadership needs to shoot for the moon on these agreements and the time to do it is right now, right before the Markman. Defendants in these things get real antsy before the Markman, thus thats' why I think we're seeing these latest announcements. My only problem with them is we're taking their peanut offerings when we should be telling them to stuff it.

Well here's hoping that leadership starts negotiating like grizzlies rather than teddy bears
