I very much agree with the way you are looking at this issue. Everyone is bitching about the share price and they all know that the pps can't go up right now. (CAN"T GO UP) Everyone knows why, S and L selling to convert. .............In comes money to PTSC (remember the share buy back plan ...10% right?) well , to heck with the 10% right now. The price is ripe to buy 25m worth and be done with the warrants. Everyone knows the share buy backs has to be purchased from S & L , either direct or indirect to keep them at 9.99 % ..............Just buy the dang warrants again. I worked great before ! The ball started rolling good before, would be a good push to get it going again. I believe as you do that with out them selling into every news event (larger open interest) and if everyone gets greedy and holds on to their shares for a big up swing, then BANG ! with a shot in the ARM (LOL) we could loose the PR firms , ,,,,,, well you get the idea

BEST bang for your $$$, buy all warrents back now with the NEC money OR just buy up 25 million shares on the market( but that would take more time , piece mealing that out so as to get them below .70)
