Agreed.  And this Fishy stuff was supposedly all but resolved. I don't KNOW how much it really hurts us (e.g., compared to the warrant situation), but having the Fish on the line and not reeled in sure doesn't help matters.  As I speculated yesterday - I wonder if the NEC settlement distrurbed things on that front.
