I believe that is exactly what is going on here S&L converting warrants keeping the SP down,while PTSC continues with share buy back program. all part of a master plan agreed upon by both ,if PTSC is not buying at these levels it will be disapointing every penny spent now will be in the multiple of dollars down the road . at this point they could almost borrow to buy back shares and have not much of a risk.
