Coupled with my thoughts addressed in the post to which this replies, are thoughts re: PR. While I can't explain why PTSC is paying anyone for (non) PR up till now (it defies any logic), I does makes sense to me to hold off on aggressive PR until, at minimum, all warrants are converted. Second on that list may be resolution of the Fish litigation/negotiation. Third may be disposition of the J2/ARM. Remove barriers, then push the "Applause" button.

I guess what I'm suggesting is that the PR won't have full effect until at least some more of the garbage has been taken out, so why bring focus now? With no clouds over our heads, the PR will provide much greater bang for the buck, IMO.
