One thought... What if they start this big PR campain and then everything is stayed due to Pubpat?  My question is why did we hire Hoffman way back when??  Perhaps they are working behind the senes for future benefit.. earning their pay somehow...  Wonder who recomended them?  Dutton I can understand... Their quarterlies will take us right up to trial..   but Hoffman certainly has not appeared to serve any public function... as yet.
