I am not being a smart aleck when I say this but, all those setting expectations for dollar amounts should be required to show their math. The underlying point is that we-as outsiders - have no real clue (other than relative size and wags as to % use of IP) on what the settlement amounts are based upon and how they are arrived at. By setting the expectations bar at 10 million or 50 million or whatever for any particular settlement, we are influencing market expectations that have no real basis in what is being negotiated. This may not be doing the share price any favors in the long run. JMO
