Re Arm... still they claim to having only been accused of infringing the '584, not the '336 nor '148.. I am still looking for clarification as to why this is.  The way I read the court filings (and that may be my mistake) is Arm was accused of infringing the '584 in the same manner as they are/were the '336...  now perhaps the clocking mech is not on those Arm cores or some such, but I completely believe that Arm does in fact infringe on the '336 regardless (MO).  As it is TT&C has not submitted any filing directly accusing Arm of infringment (Wolfie?).. Arm has stepped in, and responded only to '584 accusation.  ??
