average rise in price if we believe that we will reach our one year high.  That makes sense since the company will be perhaps ten times stronger than the last time we were at $2.28  mho

No one here would be surprises if we surpassed our high of $2.28 nearing or at the Markman - more signings like this one and $3 or $4 plus is not unreasonable - great but not out of reach by any means.
