S&L's warrants have been extrordinarily reduced over the last 6-9 months...  if the goal (IMO it is) is to reduce their (and others') warrant holdings to zero, then I absolutely believe S&L are selling into this news.. otherwise IMO we'd be up .25 today, conservatively...

Perhaps NEC is buying S&L's shares...

Also, IMO, this really brings the wt down on Arm's neck... Do they settle and hang all their licensees out to dry??
