Which of the two will sign first? Who will want to be the last one standing? It makes sense to me that  the last one standing will be subject to having to pay the highest fee!!! Maybe they will both settle at the same time ? Nah, IMO one will cry uncle first and leave the other holding the big bag and big bill. How much will these two remaining have to pay  to settle? And here is the best part IMO, the last two now have to pay the legal fees divided by two instead of three. Their costs to defend their position just increased by a huge percentage!
