Let's see, we have the patent office reviewing the patents and if they determine the patents are not legitimate, we don't have to pay anything. We have a court date coming up and if we win we don't have to pay anything. OK, so let's go ahead and settle. Does that speak VOLUMES? Wonder what ARM does if the other 2 settle?
I guess if you are saying if the settlement is under 10 million, this is BS, maybe, but settle and keep the dough coming in. we have other businesses to purchase. we have nasdaq awaiting.
