I have noticed that there usually is a quiet period of a few hours or days before these kinds of stocks make the move. I don't know if it is so the mm's can settle up or what, but it seems there is a delay for some reason. Then again the last few times there was news with PTSC about a signing the stock actually went down. So who knows? I think that even if the stock doesn't move up very much on this news it is great news for the company in the long run. I am not selling here!
