The re-examiner stressed that "Commercial Success" not due to heavy advertising was very important - but then again - you will all see for yourselves when you read the chapters - don't forget to save lots of time by doing the search tab and use the PDF format!
I recommend looking up the USPTO chap. #700 and 2100 - every single piece of information relating to the definition of "Commercial Success" used by the USPTO is contained therein. And even better it is easy to find - when you read all of this I think you will be on the "cold beer" team - lol
