By requesting review of the 336 in Sep/Oct were defendants sort of showing their hand? Would we not have a feel as to the strength/weakness of the defense in Texas?  Quite possible that TPL is negotiating from a postion of strength since perhaps a good deal of the defense may have been put on the table back in Sep/Oct. I have not looked at the NEC/Toshiba requests. Are they public? Anyone know how to access them? TIA
