Looking for clarification on one point. If there was an out-of-courts settlement with the J3, can NEC and Toshiba pull their requests to review the patent? If the answer to that is yes, then perhaps that could be the reason for the PubPat request which we all assume was sponsored by ARM.  TIA opty
