Additionally, we are less than 90 days from Markman. All discovery is in. Trial date is set. #1. It would be an unfair burden to PTSC/TPL to order a Stay with respect to a small company and unfair to let the J3 et. al. continue to make chips without paying a fair price for use of our patents. Remember that hundreds of millions are are owed to us here if not billions. A delay would be unfair to our business.

If a Stay accompanied by an Injunction against the J# to stop producing/selling our technology - then break out the cigars.

If Ward was going to Stay, to be reasonable he would have to have done it already. IMHO
