This pubpat is the most desperate attempt to date and proves to us that the J3 et. al. are staying awake at night. 

If the USPTO made a mistake, then the government pays for its negligence - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN  Patent is valid after being scrutinized over and over and over - another great time to buy!

IMHO - regards to the longs
