I know what you are saying, but I respectfully disagree.  Any contact with either agency, either the patent office or the Texas playing field, is wrought with landmines.  However, that is just my opinion.

On a side note, Brain, your posts here of late are filled with good idea's and thoughtful insight and your contribution is more than my own.  I just wanted to say good job.
