Understandable really, considering your viewpoints as posted.  You have to admit, this is exciting stuff.  Have you ever worked with Moore or Fish?  Did you know of them decades ago, in their day?  You know, like electron beam welding, which was patented by a couple of guys at GE never got licensed because while it was being patented, a few other folks in France were patenting something very similar.  Today's EBW is an evolution of those early patents.  In some ways, todays chips are an evolution of those early patents.  The crux of the matter; however, is whether the heart of these new chips comes from FISH and Moore.  Your posts would have you believe that they provided an arm or leg but others were all providing body parts.  Most of us are betting that FISH dialed in on the heart of the matter and that patent has never really been aknowledged or paid for by those using its' technology.
