I'm in the same camp, IMO a game is in play to get someone to blink first. I don't need response from Pohl/Turley/et al....and since they had the weekend to craft a response (and we have not seen one), I'm sure they're getting advise to be quiet.

IMO no one on the J3 side wants to go to Markman - gut tells me the pubpat issue is an attempt to kick out an underpinning that may turn out to be made of concrete.
