or it could be others at an arms length accumulating - a very, very easy way (illegal though) to make tons of cash, remember these pros rarely get caught and how could you prove something like this anyway -

If true - this would have come out in the light years ago - great time to buy is all I can think of right now. the USPTO will be quicker and more decisive than a jury - this could be one of the best things that has happened to us.
