I don't think there's one defining post, but IMO, PUBPAT is but a tool specifically chosen from the J3 legal team arsenal in an attempt to weaken TPL/PTSC's bargaining position...PUBPAT may be real, but I don't think they're being used in this process as the goal itself, but as a means to another goal. I'm not giving a new opinion, as it has been discussed here earlier.
...I'm impressed by the rapid reponse of  the TPL/PTSC legal team. They anticipated this salvo, and I would expect they have some gems of their own within reach.
This is high stakes chess at its pinnacle.
(BTW, the quality of posts on this thread are at their finest I've ever seen...there are many people owed many beers for their digging and insight).
