Well my guess is that you can bet your that the J3 will now have those patents in Discovery (if they can still submit).   And if you wanted to have a patent/s disqualified.. would you rather go thru the time, $$ & rigors and have an nonpartial blindfolded Federal court decide.. or  a Governmental Adminstrative body make the decision?
