Texas Pacific Group I see as having a special interest in Asia.. and that special interest is to make as much money as possible there.. my guess is they too are not fond of PTSC/TPL/MMP and the potential MMP license monies that will be taken out of their pockets... they must be scared of potentially quite large license fees. I do not know if they fund Echoing Green or indirectly Pubepat as General Atlantic does
