Re: banosser, what am i missing, what is the link, can you spell it out in more
IMO
there is no link The Richard C. Blum refered to in prev posts is not
the same Richard G. Blum who was former PTSC President & CEO...
I have never said nor eluded to that anyone was or is trying to gain controling interest in PTSC.
Now, these companies did not get as powerful as they are by not taking advantage of every opportunity for profit. Now I have no idea who it was that actually put Ravicher & Pubpat up to challenge the '336 validity, but I know who funds them, either directly or indirectly, and they just happen to be the largest VC in China, with direct interest in IT, Telecomunications, microproccessor fab, computers, ect... IMO it is not a stretch to consider that these companies [General Atlantic] may desire the '336 patent disolved, or would do proper DD to consider buying cheap shares of PTSC to hedge their bets/cut their losses.. one thing they are not, IMO, is ignorant or prejudiced when it comes to increasing the bottom line
