First off, thanks for all of your excellent legal input.
Do you know if PTSC has filed for patent protection for the 336, etc. patents in countries other than the U.S.? If so, what sort of protection would that afford PTSC if we do not prevail (for whatever reason) in Texas? Also, could those non-US patents be affected by a negative ruling in Texas?
