GA has developed significant expertise not only in the broad information technology and information technology-related markets on a global basis, but through our sector-focused teams in specific industry areas in which information technology is becoming prevalent and critical, including healthcare, finance, and communications. While we continue to evaluate consolidation opportunities in traditional information technology markets, GA has developed expertise in emerging information technology sectors such as embedded systems and have been innovators in helping create firms offering new applications of information technology in the business process outsourcing industry and the consumer/Internet markets.
