Teremoto... as usual, brilliant insight.  Every point by point that you made in your post is true.  I could not agree with you more.

However, your comments about it being 'socialist' actually contradicts the argument that the J3Arm and affiliates put Pub up to this.  If the defendants did indeed put Pub up to this, no doubt they are on a corporate payroll somewhere.  Corporate sponsorship is probably more of a very american republican strategy as opposed to socialism which would seek to curb corporate control.
