Though I'm not sure of the exact timing of events (specifically, when the prior art non-sense PR was released) and am not too big on trading conspiracy theories, there did seem to be some interesting "coincidences". Holocom news, big rise on volume, stop short and pull back on lesser volume (shorts?), prior art BS, then plunge. Who KNEW what when?

Then, after hours, PTSC et al fire back by filing a request for injunctive relief etc. Monday may be interesting. And a PR addressing all these events would be real interesting, and if well received, a lot of short covering IMO.

More interesting will be if the Judge notes all these events (though the Holocom event is not of consequence in his eyes) and the timing of these events when reviewing the prayor for injunctive relief. Makes me wonder if any of this is the reason for the prior art PR not mentioning Alliacense or TPL - that somewhere in our opponents chain there was an expectation of an immediate response from our team. Disguise with silence.
