From the PUBPAT website:
Columbia Axel - multiple patenting by Columbia Axel to extend patent life from 2000 to 2019. Columbia Axel has chosen not to assert the patent.
Microsoft - validity of FAT patent. USPTO originally rejected the patent but it was reinstated after Microsoft provided further evidence supporting the patentability.
Pfizer - validity of Lipitor patent. Pfizer narrowed their claims to exclude a form of the drug tested in early clinical trials.
Forgent - validity of JPEG patent. See my previous post.
WARF - validity of stem cell patents. Still under review by USPTO. WARF has eased restrictions. PUBPAT's position is that the inventor did not invent human embryonic stem cells.
EpicRealm - validity of website patents. Still under review by USPTO. This is the first company that PUBPAT infers as being "patent trolls."
Monsanto - validity of "anti-farmer" patents. Still under review by the USPTO. This is their current David vs Goliath battle intended to defend the farmers who Monsanto has been bullying.
Patriot Scientific - validity of 336 patent. This is the second attempt by PUBPAT to address what they call a "corporate front for contingency fee patent attorneys to sue and threaten productive members of society."
